Got 44 except Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Tyne and Wear, West Midlands. Thought they were part of their original counties! (But I've been out of the country for years so I'm out of touch.)

I got Rutland but not Warwickshire, and since when was Bristol a county!

I got 34 but spent a lot of time faffing over that odd Yorkshire one. And when did Middlesex disappear?
