I have found Sky customer service excellent whereas now with BT and their customer service via India has been dreadful.

If you twist some tinfoil into a spear shape and entangle it into your neighbours Sky disk, before pointing it at your television, you can actually get the Internet for free. The password is 'sex'.

Are you sure that password hasn't changed?

I tried it on our neighbour's dish and it didn't work
