Whilst it would be nice to think a report of some sort would be written up for the official website, a match at the end of the first week of pre-season is little more than a glorified training exercise. I'm hopeful their remaining friendlies will receive some decent coverage.

Had a look on celtics newsfeeds and nothing at all apart from a u23 team 3-1 win v East Kilbride and a 8-0 boshing of linfield both on saturday ,usually when Celtic beat a english team in any league the Scottish papers are all over it ,either it didn't happen or we done them .

The U-23s play their friendly at Arsenal's training ground at 1pm this afternoon and then the first team are in action at 5pm UK time, viewable on Seagulls TV.

There is currently no mention of the Brighton U-23s fixture on Celtic's website.

60 were still on sale sunday they disappeared from to buy page yesterday from a starting for sale figure of 300 , so i guess 250 ish
