I'll have you know I do a mean Harlem Shuffle ! But yes, too old for raving - going to a quieter part of the island and to see a friend who lives there. Very happy for restaurant tips if you have any.

This restaurant is a favourite of mine https://www.calabonitaibiza.com. I spend days at this beach every year and often have lunch and then dinner. We have been going to this small cove every year for the past decade or so and seen it change from a low key slightly off-radar beach with a ramshackle restaurant with a handful of dishes to the more upmarket place it is today. The upgrade happened 3 years ago. If you want to swim, walk around on the reeds to the left as the water is deeper and the seabed sandy.

This place is basic, but in a very good way, and in a great location https://www.theguardian.com/travel/2015/jun/18/fish-shack-talamanca-beach-ibiza-david-vincent. You just turn up and see what they have for sale. No website, phone, reservations.

http://wildbeets.com. Raw, vegan, creative and delicious. Trust me, if you can get me to return to a vegan restaurant it must be doing something very good.

If you're near San An - Tapas (yes that is it's name) is very good. Sa Cappella on the outskirts is a nice restaurant in an old monastery.

Sa Capella is pretty good or Can Pujol is very good fish place.

Despite 12 visits to Ibiza my restaurant recommendations are somewhat lacking, for obvious reasons

I've been to that first one. Got taken there by friends years ago and have been a few times since and love it. The thing with restaurants like that is that the setting is so good, that as long as it's simple and edible they can't fail.

Bit like one of my favourites in France https://www.facebook.com/restaurantlarpette/?utm_source=seetheworld.com&utm_medium=seetheworld&utm_content=listings&utm_campaign=Lesarcsnet.com

Happy memories (except for the year before last when Mrs Wz ruptured her medial ligament skiing down the mogul field immediately above that restaurant as we went for lunch )

Age will get you! Both my snowboarding and raving holidays now involve more dining than dancing/boarding.

Sorry to hear this. That said the emergency services are pretty good so I’m sure you weren’t delayed too much getting to the restaurant whilst the Mrs was scooped up and taken to A&E?

The kids and their friends went to the restaurant while I spent the rest of the day in the medical services at 1650 and then trying to get two lots of ski gear and Mrs Wz in a knee brace back to 1950. First day too ! But unusually, we were self catering so at least she had something to do for the rest of the week

(She was skiing again this year though, so all fine in the end )

I have always found APH to be the best for parking even though it is is a 10 min free bus ride away but the bus runs every couple of minutes so very efficient.

Used them in January very good ,£32 for 6 days parking . Very secure compound and decent set up.
