Nailed on unless they get lucky with ground regulations again or something - certainly don’t look like playing their way out of trouble. Local chatter is that all is not well behind the scenes between manager and players etc - again, hardly surprising given their league position

They need to be careful they don’t go the same way as Ringmer, esp if Leylands Park gets developed and they get a multi use 5G out of town community stadium that they share with every other club in mid Sussex !!

I thought he was managing now.

He took over as Worthing manager in April 2017 when Jon Meeney stepped down (originally that was meant to be at the end of that season, but he then left the following day).

Elphick lasted until September 9 2017, departing after a 5-0 loss to Margate.

I thought he was managing now.

He was player/joint manger at Worthing for a couple of seasons, achevied promotion to the Isthmian Premier League in 2016, kind of lost his way in 16/17 season and moved on to just be a player at Burgess Hill rather than manager. Adam Hinshelwood has been Worthing manager since.
