As we are now at our loan limit with a striker and emergency centre half needed surely now is the time to send Gardner back.

I dare say there's some talent in there somewhere but on his performances I've seen so far he hasn't really shown it, Bit pointless paying another clubs player to play half hearted and be a waste of talent when we've got Agustien who is more than capable of doing that job.
