I'm far from convinced he's the man for the job, but no point in dumpi9ng him before the end of the season. If he gets us to the playoffs, then he gets to try again next season. If he fails to achieve that and we continue to play boring football and fail to score goals (last night an exception to that), then he should go.
What worries me:
a) overly defensive line-ups, even at home
b) one game with THREE wingers on the bench and none on the field
c) his persistance for far too long with Spanish Dave in the starting line-up when everyone (except the manager, sorry, coach) could see he was completely off form
d) persisting with Andrews in the starting line-up when he adds nothing to the team
e) persisting with Bruno who is responsible for gifting goals when Calderon is the safest bet
f) not bringing Stephens back into the starting XI after a MOM performance
g) gifting the cup tie to Hull by not playing our strongest team and missing out on a real chance to reach the FA Cup semi-finals - unforgiveable
h) not insisting we signed Conway - maybe not his final call, but he should have put his foot down on this one
Apart from all that the guy is doing a just brilliant job.
