I am a grown-up and I have arthritis in my hip. My consultant advised me to wear Aasics gel trainers at all times to cushion the impact on my hip. In younger healthier times gone by, I too used to wonder why grown-ups wore trainers when not exercising. Now we both know��

You can buy them in the stairwells now......although that said you can also buy replica shirts which aren't allowed to be worn.
