seeing as i bloody love ice hockey, i wish i could do it! but i cant even ice skate, and my field hockey abilities are limited. have a friend who goes to mcgill in montreal (where they are hockey mad) and when i visited, was invited onto the rink. thinking it would be like the uk where nobody can skate and its all funny. i was MOCKED for about an hour by people ranging between 2-80 years old all seemlessly gliding past me. i was then finally guided around the rink arm in arm by 2 girls, looking like a proper idiot, and fell over too.

shockingly embarrassing, will never ice skate agian, so will never be able t oreplicate gretzky :(

This.

Minus your experience. I love Ice Hockey, its such a brilliant sport. The closest to Ron Francis or Cam Ward i'll ever get, is NHL on my netbook.

That and Nascar, but i'll never be able to do that. Just normal driving if i learn.

Football for obvious reasons, i'm shite but its not what I do the most I guess; acting is.

not a game as such but I'd love to be able to pull some air on a1/4 pipe on a skateboard.

Squash, I should be good at it, I just can't get on with it though.

Squash for me as well. I have always been USELESS at it! An easy ball will come to me and I just miss it. It must look really comical. Strangely enough I can hit the Squash ball with a backhand and I can play tennis.

In the end, I just gave up!

Love the game but cant find anyone to play on a regular basis so havent really got past practising on the computer. My wife bought me a set that has never been used.

Chess. It looks so intelligent and mentally stimulating yet I don't understand the rules at all and can't be arsed to learn now.

Also I get invited to countless poker nights but have to decline because I've never played. This I will get round to learning because it seems to be one of those invaluable man skills every fella worth his salt should know, like hot-wiring a car or unhooking a bra with one hand.

I love chess...have played it for years...I found that the only way you really improve is to play alot and to play players who are much better than you...try playing online when you have a spare few minutes, there are loads of free places online where you can play...

Poker is something I also love playing...again, try playing online for free and you will get the hang of it then you can try yourself out at the poker nights...a word of advice...when you think you are getting the hang of it, you will undoubtedly lose quite a bit of money...so always try to play sensibly! Advice which I have never really been able to stick to myself ;-)

FRUIT OF THE BLOOM
That was when i was playing as reguarly as i ever had to be fair, and one of my better scores :lolol:
My driving is fine, hadnt played for a year or so and started hitting 300 yards ish with a 5 wood last week at the range, but my irons and putting are a shambles.

I wish i could afford to play Golf is the thing. When i give up playing football in a few years i will join a club and go for it.

I havent played for 18 months now but would still expect shoot under 90 which is madness when you think about it.

Im pretty confident on getting to single figures handicap within a year if i were to play twice a week

Bridge - it's just a card game right ? So why do I fall asleep half way through the first page of the rule book ?

Ice skating, rock climbing and pretty much anything else that requires a reasonable degree of flexibility, balance and coordination
