Peterborough have a decent record of picking players from non-league clubs.

This season they signed Marcus Maddison from Gateshead, who seems to be doing well in a struggling side. I think George Boyd came from non league too, and possibly Aaron McLean (back when he was good).

Mclean sold by us to Grays for 2K then Posh snapped him up for a sizeable fee.

Does the League of Ireland count as non-league? Not actually trying to be disparaging but it's not exactly up there with the top leagues in Europe.

Kevin Doyle, Shane Long, Stephen Hunt all picked up from there I think (while playing regularly in the men's sides, as opposed to 16yr olds being scouted for youth teams).
