galaxys4 urgent help needed please techys

sorry if fixtures but has anyones galaxy s4 all of a sudden stopped connecting to your pc/laptop and unable to transfer photos etc and only charges phone ? if so did you get it to connect again and how ? iv tried all samsung uk support advice but nothing seems to work ? im running xp and vista , any help would be fantastic thanks guys

Have you tried reinstalling Kies and connecting with a wire?

On your galaxy check settings, storage. There should be a setting for USB connection (the three dots in a vertical line brings up the settings on stock android)
