Not my furthest but....!! Got weekend leave on Saturday Morning from Portland, rode up to Sheffield on my 250cc Superdream for a shag and then back to Portland on the Sunday. 550 mile round trip...

Took the family on a day trip to Lapland.

The distance to Rovaniemi, Finland is 1400 miles each way, The flight was delayed and we missed BOTH hours of daylight.

To watch the Albion, Carlisle away. left around 7am and got there around 1pm, got home around 11pm. Good journey!

I've done a weekend in Orlando (ish) in a weekend (just because we could cheaply), flew out on the Friday and flew back Sunday evening. Obviously this was before kids.

For work the furthest I did was flying out to Sydney on a Sunday night arriving Tues morning via Bangkok. Into the office for work around 10 am. Stayed in Sydney till Friday evening before flying back into Heathrow Sat morning!
Now that's what you call jet lagged!

Needed an appointment at US Consulate and none available at the London one in the time frame I had so flew from Gatwick to Belfast for it. There and back in a day, easy-peasy.
