I know myself and my wife like the idea of living in a village and getting some chickens, so please can someone donate some fertilized eggs so we can fulfill our dream of omelete self-sustainability?

Fair play to the grinning hippy capitalists who have absolutely sussed how to play the social and traditional media game and who will doubtless drum up their maximum target and WAY beyond. Second couple who try to play the same game will however net about THRUPPENCE. Gotta be FIRST to come up with a half-bright online funding idea or its no good at all.

She said she would treat cancer "naturally". Only think social services would step in if the kid was seriously ill. Though I think they'll find the authorities getting involved in the "un schooling" thing come September for little Euripides or whatever he's called.

As someone on FB has said, good luck treating Malaria with lemon water and breast milk.

Throw a pin in a map of India and you will find thousands of families living as such. Some of the ideas are admirable but in India it is mere necessity and nobody is expecting any crowdfunding.

It is was it is, and yes - any sensible person strives for a more purposeful existence than the game of salaries compared to a life of growing food, communial building and resource sharing. If you want to experience that (more fulfilling) way of life - just go there (I have) and it's wonderful. Don't go on GMB and beg and boast and look so comfy.

I would put them 'on grid'....either 330,000 volts or the full 1 million... yet to decide...maybe 10 volts for every pound donated?

Comments are great though aren't they?

In a way typical Brighton Ignorant middle class and Self absorbed beyond stupidity.

Quite. Utterly self-absorbed - until it come down to paying for their grinning hippy capitalist trip out of their own pocket. Tho doubtless the Bank Of Mum And Dad will bail them out if it comes down to it.

I genuinely hate people like this

By all means have a dream of being self sufficient and go for it - but why are you then asking other people to pay for it?

It's just ridiculous - we don;t believe in all these things but we are willing to take money off people that do and fund ourselves with absolute ignorance

Quite. Some years ago a couple round here lived on a house boat with their two kids. It was a lifestyle choice. Th impoted the boat from Holland, piloting it over themselves. Trouble was the sanitation was poor, and washing was irksome. So the kids were teased at school for being dishevelled (spelling?). Eventually the kids were sent home because they were smelly and had fleas. Disgraceful parenting. Eventually the mother (moderately sensible) left the father (bloke with massive beard and wild hair, about 30 years her senior) and settled down into a sensible lifestyle.

Alternative lifestyles are for those who can afford it, and have enough upstairs to not deprive the kids of what passes for a minimum standard of acceptable. And as John Lydon said, 'never trust a hippy'.

Can't believe she has her BAPS out for that kid to have a SUCK on at his age
I think the facial hair is misleading, he might be under 30.

Cost Roca ? or Rica. Give these people £100,000 and they will be able to buy pretty impressive house in Cost Rica.

Does it say anything about them giving up their jobs anywere or are they being funded by taxpayers now ??

The kids eye infections are treated with breast milk squirted in their eye. Sod it, I meant to not give them the oxygen of thinking about them at all.
