Yes, just like quality slabhead who has blocked all of young Dunks caps!
Plus Mings, Keane, Dier

Absolutely!Plus Mings, Keane, Dier
I saw Stuart Henderson many times, but I don't think you can compare him to Veltman !A Brylcream tart, I wasn’t born then.
Was that in the 64/65 team that clocked up cricket scores?

Yep, and I think you've highlighted again a weakness in our rather fixed style ... a style that I mostly love, mind you, but I think needs adjustment (I.e.more flexibility) if we're going to improve further. Can you imagine how many passing sequences RDZ will have to re- draw, and then re-train into all the players in just a few days if he suddenly decided to change his system?
Yep. By a mileSome understatement, Veltman’s the best defensive FB I’ve seen for us in 48 seasons.
How letting them play a more natural game. Can you imagine how many passing sequences RDZ will have to re- draw, and then re-train into all the players in just a few days if he suddenly decided to change his system?
Stewart Henderson
>100 goals scored that season IIRCA Brylcream tart, I wasn’t born then.

No more bloody hinsh !!Hinshelwood played RB a few times in pre-season. I think he is likely ahead of any of the U21 players.
There's a player in there with the nous to come on ten minutes from time when we're leading by one goal and coming a bit under the cosh, to steady the ship and manage the game out.RDZ rotation; likes to find what players can't do as well as what they can. On evidence do far, JM has done quite a lot to fulfil the first requirement, and not a lot for the second. There's a player in there somewhere, but we ain't found it yet.
>100 goals scored that season IIRC
Although he wasn't with us that long, and towards the end of his career, I'd add Don Shanks to that list of elite FBs.Almost, are you forgetting the "football genius"
Veltman is very good, but I would put Bridge just ahead.
Pascal Gross
I'm sure there was one game we finished with 6 centre backs on the pitch
Stewart Henderson?
I give you Wayne BridgeYep. By a mile
