Drat! and double drat!
Let's face facts, the only way we are going to win this is by beating them.
My first thought this morning was ‘wear a pair of trainers you don’t mind getting wet/muddy’.Should be really looking forward to this. Day off, meeting old workmates and a fellow mod or two in town, one of my favourite grounds with tons of good pubs.
Unfortunately my brain is just doomscrolling forward to walking back to Putney station in the pissing rain after another defeat up there.
Don't let it happen Albion!
I think, providing they lose, we have a chance of getting all 3 pointsLet's face facts, the only way we are going to win this is by beating them.
Dunk's goal was insane. My first thought when it went in was "What on earth is he doing up there?"That's the game that I KNEW we were going up. Battered for 89 minutes of the ninety, scored twice in the other one minute and come away with the win.
The day has dawned…for me and Master PT to go behind enemy lines to watch the mighty Albion win our first ever Prem game against Fulham. So
…and with four goals we shall win by threeLet's face facts, the only way we are going to win this is by beating them.
Never sub the game changers (message to Fabian)That's the game that I KNEW we were going up. Battered for 89 minutes of the ninety, scored twice in the other one minute and come away with the win.
What is this woke tactico nonsense. Just hit it long!!!I've been giving this some serious thought and I think we need to have a couple of definite game plans:
Plan A: Keep it tight at the back, don't let them score but make sure we score at least 1 goal.
Or
Plan B: If they do score, make sure we score at least one more goal than them. I reckon our front three will be key if reverting to this strategy.
If either of these plans comes off, we should win.
Tbh, I reckon FH has already figured this out because even though he's really young, he seems to know a thing or two about football tactics.
The bloke being so nice to the steward at the front really cracks me up
There’s a lot of people on this thread ‘stating the obvious’ - as I said, having Baleba back just when Fulham’s MF is suffering will be a key - we are all entitled to voice an opinion. You mean the RB who set up our only goal and looked more of a threat in the first 45 minutes than Veltman has all season?
And having our best midfielder back will always help. Not to state the obvious, of course.
