Just picked up a ticket for Fulham but am too late too book on Seagull Travel. Does anyone know if the trains are running from Btn to Victoria on the day?

Check for Thameslink and Gatwick Express services from Brighton, I haven't heard they're not running. Once you get to London should be easy from there.

It's a conductors strike. Train always still run on these days just not as many.

Just popped in my local ticket office, trains which are conductor less will run as normal and trains to Putney Bridge will also run as normal.
I presume the suburban trains are OK as long as you can get to East Croydon or Clapham Junction.

Drive up to and park at Westfield and get on a train at Shepherds Bush or Latimer Road.

There will be 4 thameslink trains an hour from Brighton to London Bridge or Blackfriars....from there you just need to jump on the district line to get down to Putney Bridge.....simple
