We are aware of most second (or more) accounts, in fairness we are happy to give a second chance to most, and of course some people have more than one account and have never done anything wrong, well apart from talking to themselves!!

No, we're probably not. There are nearly 20,000 members on NSC. There is no automated mechanism to cross reference each account with every other account to make comparisons and to try and determine the existence of duplicates.

Even if such as utility did exist, automated merging would be dangerous. It generally takes a little bit of manual detective work to try and determine whether 2 accounts are one and the same person - no automated utility would be capable of doing this without making a lot of false positive mistakes.
