This Fridat I shall be mostly drinking a chilled bottle of Plumpton College Centre of excellence Brut Rosé. The Plumpton wines this year are all rather good and definitely recommend giving them a go.Even the Red is half decent - something very rare for English Red wines.

Ah, GB, you lucky, lucky fellow!

Working in the sun today, and so looking forward to an ICE cold Punk! However, my happy customer took us to the local alehouse to buy a beer or two, which was lovely,and gratefully recieved, but Punk it wasn't.....

However, my Fridat starts right now,with an ICE COLD beauty or two!

If you read the label with that stuff it does say, “Do not take orally, but rub on affected area”
