I know it's not quite Fridat night yet,but up here in Wunt be Druv heights I shall be indulging in one of Bordeauxs finest and kicking off with a bottle of 2010 Château La Clemence, rather delicious and good enough for Jehovah!

Mrs Ws Birthday, so starting with half bottle of Champagne, then pan fried scallops with a Gruner Veltliner, then sea trout fillets with a cracking Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru 2005. Then beer and then long trip to Sussex for liquid lunch in The Brewers, Lewes. Happy Fridat.

After my poorly shoulder and subsequent tablet abuse, I'm back on the entry level lager. Ah, I remember the ads, "I bet he drinks"........
Don't knock it, it was cheap. A tenner a box which works out at threepence ha'penny a tin, or tuppence a percent volume:)

Just downing my second pint of Thornbridge Jaipur at Brooksteed Alehouse. Taking 2 pints home in a minute for laters... work tomorrow should be " interesting "

If Jaipur is on, I'm coming down later!

Having imbibed four pints of old Rosie in my locals pub garden, it’s time I wombled home in a straightish line.

Wonderful weather again today, it’s still March and the garden has been rammed since lunchtime.

Just shared a bomber of Brewdog Clockwork Tangerine IPA before heading off to a 5 course seafood meal pop-up thing paired with migraine and shits inducing natural wines. It’s a collaboration between the chef at my local cafe and a local wine importer.

Jaipur is dangerous stuff. Only £3.80 a pint in a boozer near me as well. It's really nice and doesn't taste that strong, but......

I was sensible though. Stuck to three pints of Abbeydale brewery Moonshine (a lovely beer) earlier.

Now a few bottles of Heineken and then might shift to Viognier seeing as there's some chilling in the fridge

Happy Fridat!

I also have to work tomorrow, but only from home so it's not an issue.

Two Birra Moretti beers. One campanola Pinot Grigio bottle. One porn star martini.

How posh!

It's a deceitful but stunning beer.

When we won the title at Walsall, I met Questions on the way out. We had some celebratory Jaipur in New Street in a very short space of time.

My 11 year old son had to stop us getting on the Glasgow train instead of the London bound one.......

Biggin Hill Heritage Hangar this morning and got my 'Sit in a Spitfire' moment as documented by a mate who went with me (ex RAF Nimrod Pilot at 6 foot 3 he was a tight squeeze when he got in!). Lunchtime to the White Horse Brasted which was the Biggin Fighter Pilots local and a couple of pints of Hogsback TEA.

We sat there contemplating the nearly three grand it needs to do their Mk9 Trainer Spitfire Flight and both decided it is on in the next twelve months. Luckily there is a Spitfire Simulator quite close to us in Wisborough Green so we are going to do a few sessions (less for him obviously) so we don't make a hash of our 'You Have Control' moments of the flight.

Now home complete with my Cockpit Photo it is Malbec time...

Jaipur is lethal. The only time that I have ever met Herr Tubthumper I was in to my second pint of it in The Albert - after an all dayer at the footie. I could barely speak

Adam's Ale for me tonight, sadly, with an early morning training run planned tomorrow. Harvey's at the football and a nice night out in town should make up for that though. Saturdat is the new Fridat!
