[Drinking] Fridat afternoon/ evening drinking thread

A real eclectic selection of beers from Flavourly, and some others I bought in a mixed batch. Hex Lager from Salt Brewing was the pick of the bunch. Finishing off with a rather large Woodford Reserve and an Elvis Juice alongside it.

Got a 10p mix up from the sweet shop . . . . 2 pints of babylon and 2 of zamzama in a 4 pint pot . . . . Didn't drink all of it . . .I'm sensible.

Oops . . Cork fell out .a bottle of claret . . . . Time to level chicken run.

I've tried Elvis juice a few times. Marmite . . . . . Can't quite put my finger on it, too much 70's breakfast Not enough proper beer?

I do like grapefruit though . . . .

Thanks HT. suffered on and off for a number of years but this has gone on for a week and the pain is awful. On good painkillers now so feeling better and temperature coming down. Colonoscopy on it’s way, joy.

Out of interest, who did you used to post as ?

Never was on here before. Lurked for maybe a year on here to learn and then decided to join once I figured I wouldn’t be in the way contributing to the site. I suppose I can’t prove that so you’ll just have to take my word for it.
