I have Freeview + a NowTV entertainment monthly pass for Game of Thrones etc. ( £7.99 per month for the configuration option I chose ).

Any albion Sky football is on down the pub anyway.

Sky comes to an end for us in 10 days nowtv gives us GOT+WD and for £7 can have a sky sports day pass

After reading and pondering, I've just splashed £35 for a Fire Stick. I'll let you know how that works out.

I use NowTV box with a connection to a Plex server which gets me all Sky channels and more including Bein Sports, Astro sports and loads more(great for Sat 3pm KOs not covered by UK channels due to blackout!!).....rather like Kodi but a lot more stable imo.

Also gets access to 1000s of MOvies and TV Box Sets.
