I can't agree with that. Any connection with Palace goes right against the grain for me. None of the Palace connections of the past seasons would have occurred under my chairmanship.

Have to say I too was puzzled when I heard they are releasing him on a freebie.

He had offered him a contract though. Apparently something to do with him not being pleased about just being a back up next season, Moses and another player whos name escapes me were going to be first choice.
