When I get as stupid as you then I'll worry, who's a wanker then ? The next time you shave you'll see an expert in the field.

bhaexpress - I was not having ago at you; please read my post again.

I was actually supporting with you, suggesting that Pork Sword needed to develop a brain when his testicles drop.

Suicide. The city knocked down his house and next-door's, and even ground down the bricks and burned the timbers so nothing of it could be either used or acquired by sicko souvenir hunters.

The Crematorium still stands in Coventry. Why he was Cremated here i do not know.

Maybe it was the nearest crematorium to the prison where he died...plus it might have been considered somewhat tactless to bring him back to Glos.

I'm guessing it's the ultimate humiliation. Kind of takes the shine off being one of Britain's most notorious serial killers.

You know - "FRED WEST!! EVIL BASTARD!! - cremated in Coventry". Just makes him sound a bit crap.

That may be true as Winson Green is not far but it is still in Birmingham. So why didn't they cremate him there? I agree it would of been a bit tactless to take him back to Glos.

I haven't a clue, maybe it had something to do with the time he died, perhaps the authorities were worried about media attention...perhaps Coventry was close enough for his family to attend to pay their respects in a dignified manner, without the attention of the World press, Brum or Glos would have been too obvious.

I used to enjoy his tinned salmon, and the ads about "the fish Fred West rejects".

Surely having a picture of Hitler is far worse? He ordered the killing of millions.
