Newhaven
Newhaven was like that previously wasn't it? The Withdean seats are a fairly new addition if I'm not mistaken.

The stand wasn’t completed when built and unused for years, Withdean seats are also upstairs.
In the last few years the changing rooms, bar, players gym, toilets and food kiosk have been opened, upstairs behind the seats there are still areas closed, I’m unsure what is in that part.

I really must visit sometime.

I have always said that my favourite ground in the UK is Lewes and I stand by that, but one not on the list there is Emley AFC on the outskirts of Huddersfield (Highest in the country I think). The Hive (Barnet's ground) has been my favourite modernish stadium I've visited in recent years.

On the Fort Road theme, I saw a game there somewhere in the 90's between, I think, Newhaven and Peacehaven, where the home side were reduced to 7 men and spent the majority of the remaining time hoofing the ball out of the ground. I can't remember the final score but I seem to remember it was quite an effective tactic.

Hoofing the ball into Row Z of the stand is often an effective tactic in the lower tiers of non league football alas.

If the centre of London is deemed to be just south of Charing Cross on the Strand, I'm not sure how they make The New Den the closest ground to central London. I make that Stamford Bridge.
