On what I saw yesterday yes but if the game plan is to hoof the ball downfield to Savage or Revell to knock it down to him, it doesn't work. He seemed very isolated for much of the game. Not really the best use of him is it?

Forster had such poor service yesterday that he had to come deep and make everything happen himself. Savage was dreadfully lethargic and frankly the attitude and effort of many of the players in the first half was disgraceful. Didn't Forster himself shout at the bench some weeks ago something along the lines of "I can't do it all myself!"?

Yeovil challenged EVERY ball yesterday - we just sat back and complacently waited for the ball to come to us. Not good enough. And as for the general intelligence of footballers, when we are losing what the F*CK is the point of kicking the ball away which wastes time?
On at least 4 occasions in injury time alone, when Yeovil had free kicks or throw-ins, our players didn't think it would be wise to actually give the ball back to Yeovil and felt it would be much better to eat up precious time but diverting it well away. On one occasion to the back of the North Stand. Absolutely ridiculous.

No I think that he is the most likely to score unles we geta penalty. Yesterday Hammond did 2 things toss the coin and score the penalty. The other goalscorers including Forster did nothing and did not look like doing anything and until we change our pattern and method of play that will continue.

needs the ball to his feet - he gets into the positions and has looked dangerous in the home games i have seen him in this season - ironically when we have two widemen in robinson and cox who like to play football and can dictate the midfield, as opposed to hoofing it long every week

quite why robinson isnt starting, especially when we need to be attacking teams at home, is anyones guess

He's had chances against Northampton and Millwall and wasted them. Sorry to say he has been a big disappointment so far, and I would be tempted to go for all change and bring in Robinson and Revell. They did play well together for a period last year, and scored goals. Savage looks better coming off the bench. Also with him or Revell and Forster you have no one going in behind the defence.

I'm beginning to wonder if he is a player at all? He has the odd moment of good close control, bamboozles defenders once in a while (mainly because even he doesn't know what he's going to do next) but that's about it. As others have already said-he's a big guy but can't jump. Revell has less experience but gives us much more than when Savage is on. And what the hell was that hair all about yesterday?

Wilkins needs to do some serious re-thinking about his starting selections.

I don`t see how anyone can evaluate Forster, when our sole attacking strategy...certainly in the first half...seemed to be to send speculative long balls aimed vaguely at Savage.
It`s pretty irrelevant where Wilkins sits, or how many phone calls he makes when he deploys this one trick pony approach.
