I think that some of the words he may of used were "what the f***ing hell do you want me to do " or something like that

Well all i remember was all his abuse was aimed towards Murray...

Think it was both really. Think Forster was annoyed at Murray for not doing what he wanted, and annoyed at White for complaining at him. A second quote I remember from our captain was "You f***ing tell him that then", with him being Murray after Forster had been shouting at the bench for a while. Something not right at all.

Shouted a few things at the bench today, retaliating from critiscism or advice. Is this disrespectful, a sign of the coaching staff losing the dressing room or just what goes on when a club is on a bad run? Personally never seen this before when we have struggled?

Rubbish - he has done that since his first game at the club, and virtually every game since, so don't try to shit-stir and try to undermine the coaching staff

I think the coaching staff are doing a pretty good job undermining themselves at present!

To be honest what I say today wasn't something I see week in week out.

.. it isn't something I particularly worry about though. I sometimes wish there was a bit more of it.

Forster is a class act who is obviously frustrated with others around him not pulling their weight. I could only pick four players who looked like they gave a shit today, and he was one of them.

Murray didn't look interested half the time, Forster did, and grabbed himself a goal. I know I'd rather have someone in the team who has a bit of passion, than someone who doesn't look bothered at the moment.

Murray didn't look interested? He's class. End of story. Some great touches... not his fault that players don't always read them.

Am I reading this right Forster was pissed off with the Coaches after the game .Did the 5 5a not turn up again it comes to something when your captain has to get the bus home with the FANS!!!! after the game!!!!

I saw some people wandering aimlessly around Preston Park Station looking for trains , on my way home, but even that didn't amuse me!!!!

I watched murrey when Forster scored. He didn't look interested at all and kept well away from any congratulations.

Couldn't agree more.

Couldn't agree more again. Murray had a couple of scoring chances which he created with some great turns. Just because he doesn't run and look like he is about to bust a gut that doesn't make him a bad player when in fact he is the best we have got. Personally, I am happy with Forster and Murray up front. What concerns me and probably the majority of every fan at the game yesterday is the fact that the defence consistently make errors that result in goals. Both fullbacks are crap but it appears they are all we have. Apart from one error, thought Hinshlewood played well. Unfortunately, that error probably cost us the game as Colchester never looked like scoring up until then. Same as against MK Dons (who were, it has to be said, far better than Colchester), only 2-1 down and then Elphick lets them through to get a third.

Why oh why do we pay the wages of these loan players then only get them to work for 6 minutes a week!!!! The game was crying out for Thornton to replace Fraser with at least 30 minutes to go. Yet Adams makes 3 changes for the last 6 minutes giving no one a chance to get in the game and disrupting the team and low and behold we go down to another soft goal. As for McLeod, don't think he even touched the ball. What a waste of money he is.

Still, the good thing is that we get relegated this year, promotion next year and we arrive at Falmer on the crest of a wave. Simple really.
