We need him as a player too much to think about getting him in as manager. Even the position of coach would be too much of a distraction IMO. Keep him in the team where he belongs. We are indeed very lucky to have him, would walk into any team in this division IMO.

Agree about Forster, a class act, but IMHO you should not be calling anyone a retard. Badly coached yes. It is so easy for you to throw insults from behind your computer, but I doubt you would have the guts to say that to any of our players face to face. More likely ask for a photograph to be taken with them.
Also as someone else has pointed out you have only seen one game all season, so you are hardly in a position to judge.
