Are you taking the piss? That was for a Johnstone's Paint trophy midweek crap-o-rama a couple of years back. Notice the empty seats in the home sections too.

Anyway, you might be able to achieve a similar effect by buying a Dutch flag from here, should you find the owner of the original doesn't wish to sell.

I have a cunning plan.

(1) Find a retailer that sells Dutch flags
(2) Find a retailer that sells stick on letters
(3) Affix letters to flag using iron (get an adult to help you) or glue
(4) Allow to dry
(5) Wave flag enthusiastically
