he's got a point though bushy.....foreign sides (especially spanish and russian)..seem to be stuck in the 70's....with regards to violence, and racism.

i hear Napoli were about at your place,watched the game last night seemed to be a lot of typical Italian bravado going on in the crowd , even some of the old boys were giving it some ,I DON'T MIND A BIT OF RIDICULE MATE ........................ bring it on .

I think the English have been well left behind, due to no fault of their own. Blame the CCTV, massive policing and most of all the hefty sentencing. It isn't worth it anymore, unless you're a nutter who loves his porridge.

The Italians think of us as drunken louts, and the Curvas are split into the old-school Ultras and the new, fascist, violent and hardcore UltraS. These boys aren't after a pint and a rumble, they're a political force with a paramilitary wing. Then you have the Russians, who are raising huge numbers for meetings. The Balkans, east Europe, these guys are linked to serious organised crime and firearms, they're private armies some of them. A few drunk English blokes pavement dancing in their Mille Miglias are a joke to these guys.
