Clarke or McDermott. I've seen many people calling for Sherwood. Not sure what they see in him. He is an inexperienced manager with a poor track record in management, just as Hyypia was before joining us. How did that turn out?

Play in the style required, both are good coaches with a decent track record although both had a blip or would not be available, if we are going to stick with the current set up we need to find someone who can organise the team and improve what we have sooner rather than later...
