That is 7 mins of pure football filth. The link up play and quick passing/flicks for the first goal is sensational.
This.......Joao is rightly getting tons of praise for that pass, but the interplay for the first goal is just unbelievable (one of the angles seems to emphasise the pace and accuracy of the movement and passing). The key to unlocking defences......

Stunning. Goal of the season, the first one, if it was Liverpool or City. The interchanging was unreal, no wonder the defence was all over place. Sublime both goals.

MOTD made a point of showing Joao Pedro knowing exactly where Mitoma is as he has a couple of looks. But the vision to know where he is going to end up and not only play the perfectly weighted ball, but back his team mate to time his run to get there as well shows a brilliant understanding. It reminded me of the ball Lamptey played for Gross to score at Old Trafford last season, but another level up from that.

The instinctive play between Welbz, Georginio and Pedro is just pure filth for both goals.

How quickly has Georginio blended in? Just that first shot,
incredible, something we've been missing - just have a ferkin shot has been so missing. Good save which the keeper could only parry into Pedro's path

Again the second goal, the passage of play between the 3, just wow.

Obviously incomparable, but I used to play a lot of 5 a side and a mate used to set me up with a load of goals. I asked him once how he managed to play me in so often and he said “I know the run you are going to make before you make it” 😂

I was listening to H&J on Talksport this afternoon (yes I know!!!)
Anyway Troll Deeney was on there yakking on about Pedro when he was at Watford.
He also mentioned he was commentating at an Albion home game v Ipswich, and Pedro came over and give him a big hug.
I was thinking that if the hug was that close, I hope that the fugly gene didn't rub off on Pedro ???
