Whats your point? The modern design for stadia requiring over 25,000 seats is to have it as a bowl going all round. Only smaller teams can get away with having their new ground looking prettier.

Please post your pictures of modern stadia with a capacity of 25,000+ that don't resemble an identi-kit rectangular Tupperware container.

He's got a point though, these all look great but expensive, for clubs at the small end of the middle they have to go for the identikit flatpack stadium.

That's not what he said. He suggested only "small teams" have the option to look beautiful, using the bizarre hypothesis that Southampton are one of the big boys because Ikea built their stadium.
