Try Temple Bar MYOB or putting a shirt on Molly Malone .:lolol:

I will try to do one at Blarney

"The Tart with the Cart supports Falmer" :)

Underneath Larkin will do, considering he was a great *Labour* man himself.

Probably yes ... at least past the end of my road in South Shields.
I'll be at the finish on the seafront leas and make sure I wear the stripes!!!
Last year the weather was warm and sunny ... unsure whether it will be that good this year

Okay I've chatted to Mrs OTLW and I'll get one in the stripes and placard on the Tyne Bridge ... who do I post or email it to?

Think the Argus may already have one of the Albas in George Square, Glasgow with our Falmer banner. Maybe Edinburgh Castle would make a nice backdrop.

Okay ... quite a few volunteers, but who is co-ordinating this and to whom do we send photos and details?

I'll co-ordinate it.

I've been in touch with the Argus editor who thinks it's a great idea. There's quite a few of us so I don't know if they'll be able to print them all, but that's their problem.

Send the pics directly to Simon.bradshaw@theargus.co.uk along with your name and what location the pic is of. If you all make the email subject heading on the email "Falmer For All Pictures from abroad" then he's going to know what they are and they'll all be kept together. He wants them ASAP, but I can't do my India one till Tuesday 21st so I suggest that be our deadline.
So they all look good (and like we've co-ordinated this properly) use one of the downloadable banners that they'll be using on the march if you can, and use a cool local backdrop.

Thst should do it. Any other ideas?

Brixton, I passed your idea on to the Internet Seagulls, and got this response from one of them:

"Excellent idea, even if from someone in Brixton !

I've printed off a couple of posters and plan to photo Joe Jackson holding
them up in full centenary strip in front of Malaysia's famous Petronas Twin
Towers.

Now who amongst us has time to set up a website and post all the pictures
so that we can all see the efforts of this campaign. It's not fair that
only the Argus has the monopoly on these snaps."

Is there any way you could get Simon Bradshaw to send you all the piccies afterwards, and maybe Roz could "publish" them, or maybe you could just put them on NSC??

Good work everyone. I agree it would be a shame if some of the pictures didn't see the light of day purely because the Argus hasn't got room to fit them all in.
I don't have my own website though, so can anyone help put them up somewhere?

P.S. BalloonBoy, I'm not in Brixton anymore thank god, but back home in the cosy bosom of Preston Park...

Brixton (and everyone), here's what Selangor Seagull has sent me (and The Argus) from in front of the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpar. Hope one of them gets published.
