Footie streams for Macs?

I've used Sopcast etc for streaming on a PC but since converting to a Mac I haven't been able to sort it out. Does anyone successfully stream on a Mac and if so how?

I have never had a problem with a stream due to owning a mac.

Make sure you've got all your software updated, inclduing Flash. As per Mr Smuggles, I own a Mac and have also never had any problems.

Do you do it through bootcamp or do you just find Mac friendly streams on google?

Most steams work fine on a mac for me. No boot camp, just same sites straight through Safari
