If in an obscure place, its a good way of breaking the ice with the locals, but on a sunshine break, defintately not

I can't see the problem with it. I know lots of people think that grown men wearing a football shirt looks naff, but although I don't wear one, I don't subscribe to that theory either.

There's no way I would wear a replica strip, unless I happened to be watching a live Brighton game in a bar. I would however be happy to wear a Brighton related t-shirt and have done on several occasions.

In a pile of football shirts
I go on holiday to a place right next to a British military base in the Med ( my brother lives there). In the bars of an evening, especially Saturday evenings, they are awash with footie shirts, all the squadies come down to watch Soccer Saturday in their shirts, you'll have United sitting next to Liverpool, you'll have Celtic sat next to Rangers, And every other team you can imagine, never get any bother, and it's a great ice breaker, you get to meet allsorts, even rugby fans, or Palace fans :-0

Whenever I have, what I always find funny is the stares you get while people try and work out what the team is...I doubt they ever do know either:lol::bhasign:
