I thought I'd be arguing about whether to include Sportsnight or not.

You did say not international tournaments, I accept my error and have apologised profusely, but you didn't say no 'Out of the Sinking' by Paul Weller type themes (as used on Ford Super Sunday) because it's an actual song elsewhere.

So it's Grandstand theme, Sportsnight theme, The Big Match theme etc instead, I see.

Quick question: Would the theme to ITV's 'The Match' with Elton Welsby be disqualified for being too similar to ITV's 'Mexico 86' theme by failing your no international tournaments rule?

Not overly football related but one of the most iconic themes of growing up . As a youngster so excited when programme started as it meant we were about to leave for Brighton to watch a game happy memories
