Must say, that decision looks a bit harsh. Toulouse had plenty of time to 're-set' as they say. Seen other, similar, moves not ruled out. Didn't we have one where someone was dispossessed unfairly and the other team scored from the resultant break. They said we had time to re-set, so it didn't count.
Not even all that sure it was actually handball - looked like top of the arm to me, which isn't handball nowadays.
