Football in Vietnam - spreading the word!

Went to my first game last night. The ground is like a concrete Withdean! Not the best match I've ever seen but a few moments which were enough to have me returning in the coming weeks.

I see you have the same problem as I do with the neck of your shirt Russ. It keeps on doing that even if I sew it back on (not that I'm the best with a needle and thread)!

Which stadium is that (if you know the name)? I went to a game in Vietnam, the stadium was somewhere in District 7 in Ho Chi Minh City. Maybe that is the same one.

Off-topic but I have the exact same problem on both my shirts too!
That ground does look eerily like the withdean though!

It's called the Gò Đậu Stadium in Thu Dau Mot, close to where I live and is about 30km North of Saigon. I live another 10km further North.

Sadly it's not called the "với hiệu trưởng" stadium which, according to google translate, means "with dean". Now wouldn't that have been bizarre!!!!
