Yes. There’s definitely room for a football cookery show with regular slots covering Arsene Wenger’s culinary corner (flag) and Warren Aspinall’s best breakfast cafes.

Given up on it, the format is now Football “The One Show” Focus and I also avoid The One Show like the plague. Both programmes bland, giggly and boring to me.

Football is fast becoming pretty bland nowadays, so maybe it's just mirroring its subject matter?

I take it you haven’t watched the current model, takes bland to a much much higher level. Unless of course you enjoy an Arsenal, City, Liverpool wankfest and boring interviews with players I have no interest in and then women’s football half hour to finish up with. Clearly appeals to people though and is not targeted at me
