unfortunately i play a standard where you cannot get away with good old insulation tape!

i have tried search engines but there are very few respectable retailers online! one of the worst things to buy online i reckon!

although i don't wanna pay through the roof, i would never pay £100+ for a pair of boots, i do prefer to have a brand on my feet, and i have been very happy with my several pairs of predators both firm and soft ground for the last 5 years or so!

looks like a trip into chav, sorry soccer world tomorrow for some 70% discountage!

I used to get mine from www.prodirectsoccer.co.uk but recently have been going to chavland (aka sport and soccer) as they do have big reduction on boots there. Got my F50 tunics for £83.99.

pro dircet soccer are not brilliant, plus it is always nice to try a boot on before you fork out for them! they have the older versions but it is in a size 8, unfortunately i am size 9 otherwise that woulda been a bargainary £40 job!

You got a Four Four Two magazine lurking about? There's some useful links in the back pages

after my 25 yard screamer on sunday that was whipped into the top left corner from a dead ball situation, i have flare in abundance!

quite simply I am a poser and want to have a good/flash pair of booties!

I hope you were not suggesting we were crap it just the refs just didn't use to check these things and the manager was related to half the team!!

It was about 20 years ago, we also had a guy that used a nut and a bolt through his boot as he had lost a stud!!

Now when he raked his boot down your leg you knew about it!!

ebay is without doubt the best place to buy football boots, I got last seasons £129.99 Predator Pulse Firm Ground for £35 a couple of months ago and they are fantastic
