I was in Japan and they brought me live Abalone , they cooked it live in front of me in it's shell and it moved in pain , made me feel sick , then it dies so i had to eat some as it gave it's life for me , and by joe it was gorgeous

When in France and ordering Moules frites, I DE-SHELL every mussel first and throw them back into the white wine sauce (often in a bucket) and then tip my entire loads of chips into the mussely/saucey concoction and mush it all up.

It looks terrible.
