Heaven - There are so many, but I suppose Curry would be the winner. a nice COCONUTTY one perhaps.

Hell - well there is no food that I can't physically eat or HATE to the point of being sick, but I REALLY dislike raw celery.

Heaven:

Tapas (again.. seems popular on here)
Olives
Ribs
Lemons
Garlic

Heaven is really Meat/Fish against fresh raw vegetables. Preferably with Olive Oil, Garlic and Chilies/Pepper in-between.

Not that I dislike them, but I could quite happily live without potatoes and bread.

Hell: Mushrooms / Blue Cheese. In fact ANYTHING with a hint of fungus about it.

I really don't eat enough fruit. I should eat more but find hard to find a "fruit" window.

It's amazing how taste differs!

I like most food and can tolerate food that I would never choose in a restaurant!

Just to add, I am fairly well traveled and still don't understand how the French are supposedly rated as a nation that can cook! I think that their food is proper shite TBH!

Heaven - Monkfish
Hell - Mushrooms

Glad I've found another mushroom hater. They are evil.

Just to prove everyone's taste differ - I would put Monkfish in a "what is all the fuss about" category.

I will quite happily eat:

Buffalo Mozzarella
Avocados
Monkfish
Crab

.. but wouldn't be upset if they disappeared from the planet.

On the subject of mushrooms I tried them all going - in an attempt to really try and understand why anyone in their right mind would eat them. It's not texture or taste (I think) - it's just the smell. I strongly suspect the more highly prized a mushroom, the more likely I'm like to dislike it.

Heaven: Too many to mention, here are a few. Steak and ale pudding, roast beef and Yorkshire pud plus trimmings, nice cheese and pickle roll, apple crumble, a good lasangne.

Hell: Anything that has previously swum, offal.
