Don't panic... It's only a game... and I bet it's not as good as 2007... Yeah that was a great year, great days, great days indeed.

Steam hmmmm sounds ever so slightly camp to me.

It's only STEAM! Chances are if you played the Demo, you did it through Steam.

Steam is a system invented by valve for half life / counterstrike etc and has branched out to other games.

Basically, its downloading the latest version online (hence 55 minutes) and patching it up.

Steam has its faults but the one thing that is good is that wherever you take your steam account, you can download and play the games without using the installation CD.

On that note I'm going to play some Team Fortress 2:clap:

Just bought it and installation is a real pain so I've decided to give up and do some work instead! You now need to enter a product key online and the authentication servers keep crashing. Loads of installation problems and moaning being mentioned on the offical forum.

Might revert to trusty old FM 2006 tonight!

it is a bit of a pain but as it's_neil says, useful if you need to reinstall without the CD, oh and the download resumes, so you can shut your machine down, and next time it starts up, it will continue where you left off, so you dont lose what you downloaded previously!

FM never ever works when i install it. Always have to take it to my older cousin to sort it out. I suggest you do the same.

That's definitely the gayest album cover of all time.

Even more so than It's Chico Time.
