FM 2010 or CM 2010 advice

Looking to get back into football management and wondered
if anyone can reccomend me going out and buying Championship Manager 2010 which came out Thursday or to hold on until Oct 30th for FM2010.

Or am better of going for FM 2009 or CM 2009

FM09 is class and you can get updates from the sports interactive message board to update your database with all the latest transfers etc but it probably would be better to wait for FM10.
