Any tips on how to make a good training schedule?

Err...well i wouldnt say i'm a master of it but firstly:

don't make the training schedule light or very heavy (i recommend heavy). light will mean they're never gonna improve and very heavy means they'll get injured all the time.

Make a seperate training regime for goalies, defenders, midfielders and strikers and just use common sense: eg defenders should have defending intensive, goalies should have aerobic intensive, strikers should have shooting and attacking intensive IMHO and midfielders should have shooting, attacking and defending....good luck.

I used to do all that but I could never tell if it all actually made a difference to the results!

Lol,if you click on a players profile theres a little thing in the top-right hand corner that says 'see recent affects of training' and if you turn that on you can see whether their attributes are going up or down

FRUIT OF THE BLOOM
Yep the key is too sell Robinson early and buy 3 or 4 good players. Ben Wright, Mathius Doumbe are the 2 i would always go for.
Wright and Knight make a great pairing.

I always play Nicholas as my holding midfielder with Chippy in front, Hammond on the right and frutos on the left.

Mayo Dodd Mcshane Doumbe make up my back 4.

El-Abd Reid and Hart ready to step in when required.
