He is Romanian. He plays for Deportivo who were relegated and have hardly played him all season due to him trying to force his way out last summer. He is only available at 6M because of a relegation release clause. Hope this helps.

We'd actually agreed a £12/£15 mil fee for him last summer, all set to go through, even down to Spanish and English press being present at a setup press conference. Deportivo pulled the plug at the very last second, the player was not a happy man !!!.
