Not been back to that part of Brighton for years - what is it now if not a pub?

it is still a pub, just , had the heart and soul ripped out though , like any others , the three bars knocked into one open plan , lovely ornate gantry removed , none of the old locals, no racing or footy on the telly,
done a swift about turn after the refurb, and havnt returned , others may have embraced the change ...
