I did read somewhere that if the match was originally on TV but then postponed, then the rearranged match will also be on TV. Something to do with each team needing to have at least 10 matches on TV so reconfiguring that algorithm is just too complex.

Yes, so all 3 'to be arranged' games will be on TV as they had already been picked.

I’m guessing the Newcastle game may well be confirmed this week when the next wave of TV fixtures are concerned. The original game was due to be on BT I think so maybe they’ll choose it again

The next TV picks are due on Thursday for Game week 35, May 6
(and then the Thursday after for Game week 36, May 13)

So, hopefully Newcastle, Everton and Man U league games will be sorted this week, along with the Cup Semi Final.

Isn't it up to the broadcasting company whether it wants to show the rearranged match? If BT Sport was originally due to show a match that has been rearranged such that it now clashes with CL broadcasts, what happens? Does Amazon step in?

Depends - some of the rearranged Palace games are being picked up by the Comedy Channel ….

Newcastle away very likely will not be on BT Sport because it’s a Champions League night, so they will drop the game and another one of our away fixtures will be shown on BT in May - probably Arsenal away on the Saturday lunchtime

I was told 2 weeks ago that Brighton v Man Utd will be on Thursday 4th May but still no official confirmation of it.
