Yes, but not so sure it was 10 minutes ago.
Lasted for 2-3 minutes, I'd estimate.

From what I understand, it's not fixed. Yes, it is an underground cable, but the power circuit has been diverted.

Thank you. Back on now. We had enough time to.light candles and thankfully our chilled English sparkling wine didn't get too warm.

Can anyone explain why it set off 2 or 3 car alarms? Maybe electric cars on charge thinking there plug had suddenly been pulled?
