Probably working!
FWIW. Predicting results for bottom half teams.
I tried to be in-biased and fair.

But obviously that was beyond me.

16th West Ham 37 points
17th Villa 35 points
18th Bournemouth 35 points (2 gd worse)
19th Watford 31 Points

We’ll be safe on the 2nd May when we beat Newcastle at the Amex. Looking forward to it already

We're safe on 42! West Ham have some really tough matches to come and are in big trouble, their final day clash with Villa will settle who goes down with Norwich and Bournemouth.

Watford too as long as we don’t lose to them

I can't even predict the Watford result at this stage.

I'll give this a go after the Palace game.
I was so hacked off after the palace game that I decided not to bother. I am now more in the mood.

:albion2:

Will do this tomorrow once the West Ham, Bournemouth and Villa games have been played..

How nice to not have to even think about Fishy this season.

I'd almost forgotten that it has been an intrinsic part of our previous seasons.

Agree - I used it a few weeks ago, and had Leeds going down instead of Burnley. Looking at their run in, it may still happen.

Plus no wasted hours putting together spreadsheets of remaining games with lower teams playing each other.
What a boring season. And to think that every season is like this for some mid table clubs. No excitement.

I've just done it - we finish 12th, behind Palace and Brentford.

Liverpool win the league and Norwich, Watford and Everton are relegated.

That's not a great scenario

Well this would be annoying

If we were to break 50 points we'd finish above Palace. They have never done it in a Premier League season and, as was mentioned at the weekend, Viera's team have had a lot of plaudits, but are below Hodgson's points total at this stage of last season. Hodgson had 38 points after 32 games and finished with 44. We had 34 after 33 and got 7 points from our last 5. If we match that this year, we'll finish on 47. Turn one more loss into a win and we'll not only finish above Palace, but will exceed the highest points total they have ever managed in a Premier League season.*

* - There will be a Palace fan along in a minute to say that football didn't start in 1992. That is correct, but then it did start 18 years before Crystal Palace 2010 (TM).

All very well saying they’ve never done it, but we haven’t either…..:lolol:

Interestingly we had the most difficult run-in according to some prediction data/tables…….but now we’ve technically had three of the tough games and got 6 points so who knows.
